Wangolina - Chardonnay

The beautiful coastal features of the region paired with the limestone-heavy soils make for a match made in heaven when it comes to Chardonnay. Treated quite gently in the winery with very little intervention but loads of attention. 50% of the juice was split off into high-quality oak which has contributed richness and texture whilst the remainder was kept in stainless steel to retain the Padthaway signature freshness and vitality.
