Travis Tausend - Sea Bass

A clean, fresh and acidic Sauvignon Blanc that was aged on lees. The fruit is from the southern part of the Magpie Springs vineyard on a steep south westerly slope. The soils are clay and sandstone with quartz and ironstone deposits giving the wine a richness and power that make it unlike your average SB.
