Thiriez X Wildflower - Etoile Du Sud
Made by using the recipe of Thiriez's iconic Etoile du Nord Saison but substituting the usual hops out for freshly harvested 2023 organic Motueka. The result is a silky-smooth brew that beautifully combines a light-roast barley base with the limey goodness of Motueka. This is a straight monoculture saison, not mixed culture, and is therefore best consumed within the year so you can enjoy the beer and it's hop profile at its peak!
