Republic Of Fremantle - Negroni Spritz
This Spritz has all the hallmarks of the beloved bitter-sweet Negroni, just a little more approachable. The usual suspects of Full Bodied Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth create the backbone, which is supported by the addition of fig leaves which gives notes of coconut, vanilla, and fresh fig. Lastly, a house-made charred grapefruit and orange cordial is added, resulting in a refreshingly light spin on a classic.
HOW TO DRINK
All the hard prep work has been done, simply serve chilled in a wine glass over ice with a fresh wedge of grapefruit.
