Penley. - Tolmer Cabernet Sauvignon
A succulent Cab Sauv with boysenberry, bay leaf and a sprinkle of cinnamon on the nose. The palate is dense and fleshy but with lots of bright blood plum notes and bucketloads of anise. So much flavour, but there’s a lick of tannin there to hold it all together.
