From the talented Canadian-born Chablis winemaker Patrick Piuze, this Bourgogne Aligoté comes from 70-year-old vines planted in 1953. Crafted in Chablis, this cuvée reflects the minerality and freshness of Burgundy’s lesser-known but increasingly celebrated white grape, Aligoté.
Expect bright aromatics of green apple, citrus zest, and white flowers, balanced with chalky minerality and a touch of saline. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with vibrant acidity and a long, clean finish that makes it perfect for pairing with oysters, seafood, and light summer dishes.
