Nodo Tequilana - Coffee
This recipe uses freshly ground coffee beans and raw cane sugar, both are infused for 15 days with the Tequilana agave spirit to create the perfect combination of flavours and complexity. This is the 'cup of coffee' we all wish we could start our day with.
The infusion of coffee into the agave spirit is a two-stage process. Firstly freshly roasted coffee beans are ground and added to a high-volume stainless steel tank. Boiling water is then added and with a long french press, we separate water from the coffee. We then add some raw cane sugar. After the coffee extraction is cold we then combine the left over ingredients with the agave spirit and allow it to rest for 7 days to allow all the natural flavours to combine into what we believe is the best coffee liquer on the market.
