Negretti - Langhe Nebbiolo Minot

Excellent producer in La Morra, Piedmont, this 100% Nebbiolo comes from vines planted in 1980, about 300-330 metres above sea level, and is named after their great-grandfather Minot. Having spent 12 months in 225 L French barrels, this Nebbiolo is perfect for your porcini mushroom and truffle risotto, or slow-cooked beef ragu.
