Self Portrait is an exploration of Mosaic hops using Mountain Culture's in-house microdosing technique - a process of dry-hopping beers more frequently during fermentation with smaller doses of hops. They've used Mosaic T90 Pellets, Cryo Mosaic and Mosaic Hyperboost to create a complex, layered profile - blueberry, mango and a touch of pine.
