100% Gin Gin clone Chardonnay hand-picked in the early hours of a cool February Margaret River morning. The juice was sequentially filled to French oak. Wild ferment & bâtonnage conducted every 2 weeks post primary fermentation. This wine is worked, wild, fresh & will cellar like a Queen with a lust for life.
