LS Merchants - Riesling
An ode to the Kabinett-style Riesling of Germany and made from fruit off the Swinney Vineyards in Frankland River, this fresh and aromatic white was macerated on skins for 18 hours before pressing to stainless steel tanks for fermentation. The resulting wine exhibits a beautifully lifted perfume of orange blossom, citrus rind and bath salts. This follows through to the palate, backed by lovely fruit generosity and fine acidity that is balanced by residual sugar and phenolics.
