LS Merchants - Chardonnay

A great year for Chardonnay in the Wilyabrup region of Margaret River. Grapefruit pith, lime brulee, juicy nectarine, jasmine flower, nougat, followed by powerful oak. It has a rich and creamy texture that is complimented by some sensational acidity. A wine to decant and drink now with full bodied food or lay in the cellar for the next 5 to 8 years.
