L.A.S. Vino - Chardonnay

All of the fruit has been hand-picked, and cold pressed as whole bunches. The fruit is sourced from several vineyards in Margaret River - One vineyard located in Willyabrup, one in Metricup and one in Treeton. The fruit fermented and matured in barrique (5% new) and went through a partial malolactic fermentation with fortnightly lees stirring, prior to blending and bottling.
