Koerner - Classico
From Vivian, Parish and Gullyview vineyards in Leasingham Clare Valley, planted on terra rossa soils (red clay on limestone), hand harvested, 100% destemmed. Kept separate during ferment with roughly 3 weeks on skins then lightly plunged twice a day in open head stainless steel fermenters. Finally it's blended after malo, aged in 600L French Demi-muid for 10 months and then stainless for 2 months.
