An exceptional Pinot Gris from Alsace (possibly our favourite region for this varietal!). Ripe pear and baked apple aromas trailed by some quince, ginger and spice notes. The palate is rich and full with a creamy texture and luscious pear, Jonathan apple and honeysuckle notes. The finish is dry with brisk underlying acidity that keeps things moreish.
