Hughes & Hughes - Dornfelder

Sourced from a single vineyard in the North West (White Rock), this wine was harvested on March 26th at 12.2 Baume. Whole berries were fermented with natural yeast for 20 days before being pressed to seasoned oak for six months of maturation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
