Rich in colour with a golden-amber hue, Green River is made with locally sourced corn featuring a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% winter rye and 9% malted barley. The higher rye content contributes a nice kick of spice-forward notes on the nose and palate with sublime vanilla and chocolate-coated peppermints coming through to the finish.
