Graci - Etna Bianco Doc
From the north-eastern slopes of Etna in Passopisciaro – Castiglione di Sicilia, Province of Catania, this wine is a blend of Carricante (70%) and Catarratto (30%). A dry, savoury wine that has great depth and acid balance. Fermented in concrete tanks with its natural fine lees for 8 months, and then matured in bottle, giving it the lovely texture we enjoy from Etna wines.
