Pale coloured with lovely, subtler fruit flavours, this wine has only seen third-fill French oak for maturation, making it an excellent option to serve lightly chilled.
Located in Basket Range, in the Adelaide Hills, Gareth and Rainbo Belton are producers to watch. Their organically farmed vineyards (with some biodynamic practices) and minimal interventionist winemaking showcase the quality of their fruit and the respect for the land on which they produce these cool-climate, "cool" wines.
