A firmly structured Savagnin in the ‘ouillé’ (AKA non-oxidative) style. Bright floral notes, wild herbs, freshly cut pear and apple paired with a more savoury side of raw-milk butter, sea salt and iodine. Surprisingly refreshing and fiercely mineral on the palate - an amazing food wine.
