Fly By Jing - Zhong Sauce

Inspired by the popular and classic Chengdu street snack "Zhong Dumplings", this Zhong Sauce is a concoction of aromatic "fuzhi" soy sauce, slow-brewed with brown sugar, mushrooms, garlic, and a blend of spices. It’s sweet, tangy, spicy, and umami-rich all at once — intensely delicious and versatile. Use the Zhong sauce as a dumpling dipping sauce,  all-purpose marinade, an easy and flavourful stir-fry sauce, or topping on noodles and rice bowls.
