Dr Paul'S - Crying Tiger

A red chilli and Habanero hot sauce with bulk garlic; topped up with onion, vinegar, lime, sugar and ginger. This is a delicious all-rounder hot sauce, decent heat but not crazy and packed with flavour - it goes on everything!
