Doorly's 12 Year Old is a blend of pot and column still rums, 90% aged for twelve years in Bourbon barrels, and the rest matured for twelve years in Madeira casks before being blended together. It has a dark mahogany hue with a subtle nose of vanilla and oak, and on the palate, the flavors of oak, vanilla, fruit, and spice are in ideal harmony, with a pleasing, dry finish that lingers.
