Domaine Guy Amiot - Chassagne-Montrachet 1Er Cru Les Vergers

‘Les Vergers’ sits toward the more generous end of the spectrum in the Guy Amiot range. A solid whack of acid runs through this tremendously voluptuous drop. Dominated by ripe apple, honeysuckle and grapefruit toward the back. Quite pithy to finish which gives it a unique edge. Amazing drink for now, but will age sublimely.
