Dayse is a non-alcoholic functional spritz brand from Byron Bay’s Organica Beverage Co, co-founded by Jack Freestone and Alana Blanchard. The idea: to create premium social drinks that deliver flavour and beneficial plant-based extracts like adaptogens and nootropics. 

Dayse spritzers are gluten-free, low sugar, vegan, alcohol-free, and crafted to help people feel awake, calm, or refreshed without the downsides of drinking alcohol.

Easing is a soothing blend of ginger root, passionflower and turmeric with hints of vanilla whisky-style warmth. This one is made to ease stress and calm the pace.
