Bruno Duchêne - La Luna Rouge
La Luna is 90% Grenache with a splash of Carignan of which 1/3 is lightly oaked. Although chillable, this is less like a vin de soif and more like a youthful Collioure.
A pale ruby in colour. On the nose, scents of violets and summer red fruits. On the palate, spicy and plummy with a pronounced minerality. The finish is short and the acidity well balanced. Try with spicy sausages, lamb chops or a garlicky ratatouille.
