A collaboration with Common Space Brewery, this English-style Barleywine has been Bourbon barrel-aged and finished with toasted coconut and almonds. It has a toffee-toned hue with outrageous coconut aromas that all but mask the 15% ABV. Cold initial sips are dominated by toasted coconut. As the liquid warms, complex layers of caramel develop and lead the palate to a silky, amaretto-like finish with just a hint of almond skin bitterness to balance the silky sweet body.
