Aristotelis Ke Anthoula - Little Red

The perfect light red. Made using carbonic maceration, rendering this wine oh-so-juicy with just enough structure due to the whole bunches. If you love Beaujolais Gamay, give this a try! The palate exhibits lots of candied raspberries and cherry, some blue fruits too. A touch of chalkiness and complex earthy forest notes, with a lovely lingering acidity.
