Aristotelis Ke Anthoula - Blood Orange

A lengthy co-ferment of red and white grapes. Drinks like a very light chilled red, similar to the French Poulsard or Trousseau. Think blood orange (no really!), orange peel and wild aromas of spiced raspberries. Refreshing with a delicate chalky lime finish.
