Argala - Amaro Alpino
Argalà is based in Bove, a small town in the foothills of the Maritime Alps. Established in 2011, their artisan spirits and liqueurs are made using traditional methods and flavoured with a mix of locally-foraged and mindfully-imported ingredients. The Amaro Alpino is the product of the unique environment from which it comes, with a mix of alpine and coastal elements that make it a wonderfully distinctive drink. A mix of 30 botanicals was cold-macerated in a blend of wheat spirit and alpine water mix to create Argalà's amaro, with the addition of a distillate further infused with a mix of herbs and plants. It's full-bodied, rich, and warming with a subtle balsamic sweetness and persistent bitterness.
